Historic Moton Field, TUSKEGEE AL- There was a lot of aviation enthusiasm at the Tuskegee Annual Labor Day weekend Fly-In at historic Moton Field Saturday. Sky Dive Tuskegee parachutists flew in the U.S. flag to start the event. John Hicks, president of the Black Pilots of America, welcomed the attendees proclaiming that "...we will fly as many Young Eagles as we can today!" Kids were involved in an Aircraft Building Workshop at the Tuskegee Airmen National Historic Site.

Mike Wilson, FAASTeam Manager from the Little Rock Flight Standards District Office, led a well attended Wings Seminar on home built aircraft construction, inspection and certification. Judging by the smiles on the faces of the kids, it was a great day in Tuskegee for aviation fun and families!
