Tentative B-29 “FIFI” Tour to Visit Birmingham

The CAF, only Flying Fortress B-29, Fi Fi is "penciled in" to visit the Birmingham Airport on May 16-19, 2013. Planning the event is the Birmingham Aero Club who is hopeful the spring schedule will be confirmed soon to include Birmingham.

​You can re-live history and ride on one of the rarest World War II bombers in existence by taking a "Living History" BOMBER RIDE. This unique in-the-air experience allows you to sit in their seat and see and feel what our veterans encountered . . . minus the bullets and flak.
