Maxwell AFB ALABAMA- Hosting a crowd of hundreds
for an after-hours barbecue brings the annual Gathering of Eagles capstone
event to a close. The guests of honor includes the 2013 fifteen distinguished
aviators invited to share their unique personal experiences. Traditionally,
special aircraft representative of the Eagle's stories and experiences are
brought to the hangar for display during the dinner. Family members of Eagles,
Air Command and Staff College, Air University students and faculty meet together
for one last time drawing this year's GoE to an end.
