Ozark Biplane Fly In - Saturday, October 13- The free Ozark All Biplanes Fly-In is set from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, at Ozark Blackwell Airport- 71J. The fly-in is in memory of Curtis Pitts, the inventor of the small Pitts Aerobatic biplanes, designed more than 70 years ago.
Pilots from as far away as Canada are expected to attend and the bi-plane types expected include the Pitts, Eagle, Skybolt, Stearman, Waco and Starduster. A great family event and a good time for enthusiasts to come to the airport and enjoy all the sights and sounds. There will be food and beverage vendors.
