ENTERPRISE AL- According to an eprisenow.com article, the Enterprise City Council agreed Tuesday to a contract with David Schultz Airshows to manage the city's annual Aviation Expo event.
Enterprise Mayor Kenneth Boswell said the company will be responsible for filing necessary forms with the Federal Aviation Administration, coordinating the expo including the airshow and ensuring all safety aspects are covered. "We felt it better to put it under one umbrella," Boswell said in the article.
Boswell noted David Schultz Airshows comes highly recommended. The cost of the contract is $3,800.
The next expo is scheduled for late April 2013. It is usually in September, but Boswell hopes weather will be cooler in April, and the event will not have to compete with football. - from eprisenow.com article by Jeremy Wise-
