Cullman Airport Diner is Back

VINEMONT ALABAMA- Last Thursday the café atop the Cullman Airport FBO reopened under new management. Sabrina Hill is now cooking on Thursday, 8:00-2:00 and Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 8:00-4:00. The menu features "Southern Cuisine" for breakfast and lunch.  Hill has not yet selected a name for her new café, so for now it is known, simply as the Airport Diner. She can be reached through the airport phone number.

 


-Cullman Airport Diner, now open, is located on the second floor of the Airport FBO with sweeping views of the runway and weekend Alabama Sky Diving activites.-

No stranger to food service, Hill operated the Dixie Grill concession trailer for the Publix chain whenever a new store was under construction in Lakeland, Florida. She recently moved with her family to Cullman to be closer to relatives.

Hill says, "It is a cute place with a lot of potential and I'm just getting started. I have a lot of good things to try."  On the weekend, her husband and daughter will assist her with serving.  

Her breakfast menu is all you could want for a hearty meal with all the fixings. She specializes in freshly made biscuits, hamburgers, hot dogs and features a weekend special like; Chicken and Dumplings with Lemon Meringue Pie. Coming soon is her famous chocolate gravy with biscuits and this summer, her renowned freezes.
